In the second part of the examination of patient no. 5, Lady Blackdiamoond, Anna Petrovna, and I take care of his useless cock. Strapped to the gynecologist's chair, we first tie off his balls, because we need a hard cock for this. Then we use dilators of different sizes to test his arousal. We take turns to fuck his useless cock really hard with them, thrusting in deep again and again until he cums with sheer lust!
